I had a wonderful stay at this resort, which perfectly blends beautiful surroundings with high-quality service. The staff made us feel genuinely welcomed, and the food and drink options were impressive. However, I found the loud music during evening events a bit overwhelming at times, which detracted from the overall relaxing atmosphere. The location was scenic, but getting into the local area can be a challenge, especially when cruise ships are in port.

We recently celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary at this resort and it was an unforgettable experience. Our Beachfront Crystal Lagoon Swim Up Butler room was spacious and beautifully designed, while the service from our butlers was truly exceptional. While everything was wonderful, I would suggest considering some extra amenities. The atmosphere throughout the resort was so relaxing, which only added to our enjoyment. We can't wait to return.
